RE: Berlin Exchange, by Anniebonny

AnnieBonny, a swashbuckling, peg legged, rum drinking scoundrel,

"Try calling the Berlin exchange!"

Harris should be worried but then he is an Alfred E. Neuman
type of man, "What, me worry?"

For these specific circumstances, the Berlin Exchange
is most often used to launder counterfeit shares. A
rather complex ruse, a rather complex system. This
is a methodology of both American brokers and offshore
interests of "washing" the books for counterfeit shares.

This is effected through many means, some of which include
depositing counterfeit paper certificates at offshore
brokers, often in the Bermudas, converting those certs
to electronic shares, moving those shares over into
the Berlin Exchange through a European brokerage, then
dumping. Profits are then channeled through a variety
of pipelines, back into America, with profit share cuts
either taken upfront or later distributed.

That is just one of many methods of abusing the Berlin.

A company being listed on the Berlin, without permission,
is always bad news, really bad news.

What I witness happening with this most recent upward
run, as in the past, is daytraders, flippers, market
makers, crooks, all of us delightful people, making
excellent profits through creating a false perception
of share value which draws in a new batch of suckers.

More and more bagholders are being created by the minute.
