Thetrial enrolled 351 patients at approximately 40 sites in the United States, Germany, Israel and India. Results are expected within 6-8 weeks. And on Friday it announced that at its 'Extraordinary Meeting' the shareholders elected External Directors & with their automatic inclusion in the Audit Committee,it is now in compliance with the Israeli Companies Act and NASDAQ.<g> Bernard
