Did Intel "discipline" Dell when Dell started actively promoting AMD:

Did Intel "discipline" HP when HP started going with AMD and Intel pulled the volume discounts from HP?

Are you telling me that Intel has to continue giving away offers and incentives no matter what?

If you want to argue the legality of exclusivity agreements, go right ahead. You can do it without resorting to what AMD is doing, which is portraying them as "reprisals" and "disciplining." That's just being a drama queen.
