Bush was totally AWOL on terrorism in 2001 until after it was too late. he did absolutely nothing. Rice did absolutely nothing. They brushed off Tenet and Clarke as Woodward writes in his book and Clarke testified to under oath. CLinton's Comprehensive Plan for defeating AL Qaida was given to Rice and all the top Bushies in January 2001. I believe Clarke gave it to them. It was an actual document full of detailed recommendations. It was ignored. Rice lied about this a few weeks ago and the networkss immediately busted her for it. The title page of the document has been physically filmed and shown extensively on TV news programs so we all know it exists. You on the other hand, are spinning like a frenzied weasel to try and create a false impression of reality. But Clarke testified under oath that Bush disbanded all Clinton's counter-terror operations, did not replace them and ignored all the dire warnings. And Bushies can't name a single thing they did against Al Qaida until after 9-11. So try and spin that, weasel.
