Concessions were made to keep NK from making nukes, and it worked for eight years. It wasn't perfect but it worked. You cannot spin that any other way. And Bushies don't have any better ideas, do they? In fact they're proven failures with North Korea. Under Bush, NK got nukes. Under Clinton, they were kept from getting nukes. Part of the payoff for Clinton era concessions was video surveillance cameras in the NK nuclear sites. Now all those are torn down, thanks to Bush and his stupid Axis Of Evil speech which made the world much more dangerous.
