Liar. North Korea got nukes under Bush. Clinton stopped their program cold. Even NK's cheat, which is not Clinton's fault, did not create a single gram of weapons grade uranium or plutonium. Also, Clinton's program had all NK nucelar facilities under 24/7 video surviellance, so he was VERIFYING. Bush didn't verify anything. He just called them "evil" and threatened them, then ignored them. That's why they built the bomb, as protection against Bush, whom they consider an aggressive madman who might invade their country. But no oil there, so Bush won't be invading.

Now we are stuck with no NK program at all, no talks, and no verification or intel. Nothing but the knowledge NK has the bomb and may try to sell it. As with Iraq and Iran, Bush made this "axis" country much more dangerous than it was before he came into power.
