MMGG - requires what almost a 1/2 billion to get it going. They have a fraction of that in cash. They state that they will need to raise cash with debt and equity, i.e., dilution to both Enterprise Value and Market Cap, perhaps killing the current shareholders.

They increase the authorized shares from 50 to 160 million.

If a regular basher saw that, he'd be salivating.

Is it "my scam is ok, yours is not?"
