You might just see that I was NOT passing judgeement on Intel wrt the antitrust case, but rather merely exposing the weakness of Malloy's statement, with examples.

You were taking his statements out of context, adding your own version of the context and then critiquing it while pleasing yourself to no end. Not much value in that and not much value in pursuing this line of discussion.
