RE: NOBO incorrect, by AnnieBonny

Our favorite clever and crafty pirate-et adds value,

"...the first "reported" NOBO was incorrect. There never
were that many shares shorted."

Correct. This NOBO affair is pure comedy. My opinion is
Harris issued this NOBO nonsense to fool the naive and
to fool the gullible into a belief of massive shorting
to prompt those fooled into initiating wild rumors of
just such, massive shorting. In this way he manipulates
what is said and what is written about shorting of CSHD
stock. All of this foolishness by naive traders sets
a basis for Harris to later claim a short squeeze effort.

Yes, we savvy traders know the NOBO comedy is a ruse
and know those numbers are completely wrong. Many of
us addressed this long back, right off. Harris has
announced those numbers are wrong, but has never issued
those corrected numbers he promised. What is accomplished
is to protect himself from litigation (falsely) by being
able to claim, "I told people those numbers are wrong."

Harris exhibits an ignorant belief he can protect himself
from litigation, protect himself from the SEC through use
of Slippery Semantics. Rather obvious, in keeping with my
prior opinion expressed elsewhere, my belief is Harris is
barely two steps above a functional illiterate.

Harris enjoys zero talent at Hayakawa Slippery Semantics.
Rather clear Harris never attended semantics classes
at Berkeley, taught by Senator Hayakawa, who slept
through both most of his tenure and his term of office.
