Great idea. We didn't get around to anything like that before the county decided to move our school to more spacious land, farther west, long after we were gone. They then came in and tore down the old building, redid the entire block with new landscaping and finally built a new, modern middle school on the grounds. They even took out the pride of my class, our wonderful football field and bleachers. At the time it was built, it was the most modern field second only to the University of Denver, which, itself was eventually torn down. Progress....
