That he avoided an interview with the authorities until the next morning? That he had more cocktails after the shooting? These were all admitted to and printed in every newspaper in the country. Cheney said he had been drinking before and after the incident. Drinking and shooting is a bad idea, and you can kill some one doing that just like you can kill someone driving drunk. Cheney made the decision to drink and shoot. Beyond all the admitted elements, we have stories from SS men who said Cheney was drunk. Add it all up and what do you get? Cheney and his pal out drinking, shooting and hanging out with two women that weren't their wives.
