If we need to fight the terrorists "over there", why did we pull resources from the real terror war in Afghanstan and invade Iraq (stirring up even more terrorism)?!? Even in Afghanstan during 2001, the fight against terrorism was not a sincere one. When the CIA asked for Army Rangers in Tora Bora to contain and caputure Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban/Al Queda fighters, Bush did not send them. He left the CIA ops hanging and let Osama Bin Laden and the Taliban/Al Queda fighters flee to Pakistan to fight another day. Then, pulled resources from Afghanstan to start an endless war in Iraq.

Brilliant war strategy!
