Sounds like you've done many different things. It's been my experience that there are many opportunities for pro bono work. The problem fully employed people have is finding the time necessary to do it. I've forgotten the part of the country in which you live, but I would bet that there are legal aid clinics where your insurance background might well come in handy. You'll certainly know more about that topic than the law students who typically man such clinics. Just a thought in case you get the urge:-)
