The only fiction is from the dishonest rightwing since 1998 to the present, and continuing. The rightwing propaganda machine has been very busy trying to revise US history by claiming Reagan ended the Soviet Union, claiming the Vietnam War was a noble cause, that the rightwing didn't murder the Kennedys and ML King, and that McCarthyism was a good thing. The rightwing also manufactured huge fictional claims blaming Clinton for rape, murder and drug-running, claiming he was offered Osama Bin LAden but turned him down, blaming all Bush's failures on Clinton and of course the entire smear campaign against Kerry which was 100% fiction. They are still in denial about their own corruption, massive energy gouging, pre 9-11 dereliction of duty and outrageous election fraud. All rightwing total lies except for the fact Reagan deserves some credit for ending the Cold War, along with Carter and about 20,000 other brave leaders and fighters, most of all Gorbachev, and ironically, also Osama Bin LAden.
