It was down on fear and from the shorts/arbitragers. This is a big win. Just listen to the CC - JD is excited about this and he's been delivering since day one. I don't doubt him now. Look at the snap back later in the day and Friday's performance. Buckel was challenged by one analyst at why this acquisition would be dilutive at all - after being put on the spot, Buckel's only explanation was that dilution was based on the worst case scenario. In other words, this will be accretive much faster than they guided. UPOD. JD underscored that this will improve gross margin % and organic revenue growth. He's not the type to gamble. The smart money, IMO, used this short-lived dip to buy more. If I didn't have so many shares, I would have bought more too. Onward and upward!
