No he's not. Santorum is a man of strong values who doesn't compromise his convictions for political gain. Casey, on the other hand, is riding on his deceased dad's coat tails--he ran and was beaten for Governor--won office as State treasurer--and is currently trying to hide from voters in this Senate race. He committed to last night's debate many mos ago, or would've remained in hiding if possible until Nov 7. After his appearance with Santorum in April on Face the Nation, Casey's handlers learned their candidate loses support everytime voters have a chance to see and hear him.
