LIAR. CLinton tried to kill Bin Laden many-many times and left a comprehensive plan for Bush to make going after Al Qaida and OBL their #1 priority. Bush totally ignored all this intel and all the warnings. He and Rice literally did not do a single thing before 9-11 to combat terrorism or proitect us, even though they had received many warnings, including the famous 8-6-01 memo from the CIA warning of imminent attacks by Al Qaida inside the US using hijackings. Bush did not even make a single phonecall about this. Or take a single meeting. Nothing. And he disbanded Clinton's entire counter-terrorism unit and did not replace them. All this is proven accepted historic fact, not partisan spin.
