I don't think either comic book heros, or the idea "with great power comes great responsibility" are essentially either liberal or conservative.

What they see as their specific responsibility and how they apply the great power might have a liberal or conservative bent (or it might not).

I suppose fighting crime is more identified with conservatives than liberals, at least fighting crime in a violent way (rather then trying to address the "root causes") but most liberals aren't against the idea of fighting crime.

Conservatives might talk about the idea of responsibility a bit more than liberals, but it really isn't an idea that has any specific place on the left/right political axis. Certainly both groups produce a ton of irresponsible politicians and political hacks.

The fact that comic book superheros almost never use guns, could be considered an anti-gun message and therefore liberal, but that's rather weak. They don't have to use guns if they have some massive super power.
