We were not fighting in Yugoslavia the Islamic fundamentalists who have declared war on Americans. Reagan's policies caused the collapse of the USSR. Following the end of the Cold War, the US stock market took off and didn't stop until about Apr of 2000. That was Reagan's peace dividend.
