Reagan wouldn't have accomplished anything without Gorby and his Perastroika liberals taking the lead. And they wouldn't have done what they did if it weren't for support from liberals in the west, especially in Europe, including the No-Nukes movements, but also the Pope and the Israelis. What a pack of lies mixed up in this cocktail of naive BS. Gorby and his deed came as a direct result of necessity, all options and cash gone. Support from the European libs?? Haha, you never had a chance to sit in at the Bier Stuben in Germany and similar hang out venues elsewhere as did I back in the late seventies and early eighties. The European majority, definitely also including the media, was scared to hell by Reagan's "Cowboy Politics", which they expected to bring the world to the brink of a WW III, but which eventually did in the Soviet Union. Same majority was in favor of a Chamberlain like appeasement approach to calm down the Big Bear (The "Evil Empire" by Reagan) with their lead icons being the German Social Democrat party. Now Clifford, how can you sleep at night spewing out those lies all the time? You definitely need treatment. Good drugs are now available for that and I am convinced that several buddies on this and other threads, where you drop your dues would be ready to join in with me to finance your treatment. Taro
