I've got a better one. Years ago, I was driving through the Rockies in CO on a very foggy day. All of a sudden, the 18-wheeler in front of me started swerving across both lanes of the highway (I 70) and slowing down. Then a small plane landed in front of the truck and taxied at about 40 MPH along the road until the fog lifted, about 20 miles. Once the air cleared, the small plane took off and traffic resumed its normal speed. Heard on the local TV news that night that the pilot had been ticketed by the FAA, and the CO state cops were wanting info on the truck driver to cite him. I sure didn't drop a dime on the trucker, I figure he saved, at a minimum, the pilot's life.
