I guess my point of view is that it *looks* like socialism when they've been shoe-horned into a home. But when the other shoe drops, they end up busted by the game. An illusion of the helping hand because it's the market doing it, and the market taking it back, perhaps with penalties for a long, long time.

Remember that the house "ownership" that we're talking about is all on paper, with the real owner being the mortgage owner.
