Bill and I have a difference of opinion on this. I think if NK collapsed, the Chinese would line the border with solders and start shooting until the flood stops or they run out of people to kill. Bill thinks the Red Army would balk at that.

wonder why the chinese just don't build a wall...

The Chinese have better than a wall. They have the Yalu river. But desperate people will swim and float across. No Army can shoot hundreds of thousands of starving people coming at them. Not going to happen. It's like a gigantic plague of locusts.
