Okay, will the Chicago Tribune do, or the Telegraph in the U.K. or Belfast Telegraph or The Weekly Standard or BBC News or CNN or Fox News. They all quote Col. Tim Collins. They all report what he said. "There comes a time when the realization on the ground is that the people of Iraq do resent foreign intervention and there comes a time when we have got to look forward to when we can hand it over to the Iraqis for them to sort out,"Colonel Collins said.
