LIAR. Clinton did not drop the ball on terrorism. Bush did. Clinton fought Al Qaida and tried to kill their leadership many-many times, firing 150 cruise missiles at them at teh very same time that rightwing liars and smear jockeys were mocking him for trying to change the subject from Monica Lewinsky, a scandal dug-up by the rightwing which had no business being dug up in the first place. Think how many Al Qaida terrorists were saved by the rightwing's mocking of Clinton for going after them.. And yuou cannot name a single thing Bush, Rice or Ashcroft did to protect us from terrorism or avenge the Al Qaida attacks prior to 9-11, not a single thing. They did nothing. They disbanded Clinton's entire counter-terror team and didn't replace it. They did nothing despite being warned. They let 9-11 happen.
