In fairness to my neighbor I should point out that I tossed the first stone. I heard on TV that it was Christmas tree pickup on Tuesday. SO I went out that Monday night and there was a plethora of trees. We had an unusual winter and had gotten almost our entire years average snowfall in December. So the snow was about 3 feet deep and worked perfect as a tree stand. I then took every tree I could find and stood them in his front yard so the next day when he woke up it would look like a pine forest in his front yard. The only problem is I had misheard the news. Tuesday was tree pickup day - BUT IT WAS THE FINAL PICKUP DAY!! So he had to rent a Ryder truck and take about 50-60 trees to the dump. He didn't know it was me until word got around that I was the responsible party. At that point all hell broke loose

If I were you, I would change the locks and let it go. I see a lot of trouble for you in the future. All it takes if for the guy's wife to get irritated and file a lawsuit.
