I do not want to shut down the judicial system. It has been shut down too much already-lol. I just want the laws changed. This is an issue like segregation. But, yes, wealthy people should fund trials for those convicted of pot smoking. Then the truth can come out. Alaska's supreem court legalized pot decades ago. People who are against the legalization of pot, either do not undnerstand the reality or are being punitive. I only want to work inside the law.
