"Willing victims?-interesting logic. What would you recommend?"

Jury trial protest. Everyone demand a jury trial.

These are unjust laws. Far to many people are simply accepting a plea bargain. They are accepting huge fines, probation and jail time.

The entire system has been crafted to get the victim to accept the punishment quietly. Applied behavioral science.

You must admit, there have been many times that people in power have plotted to promote less jury trials.

That's part one.

Part two:

Every judge in the country is under the false impression they can tell a jury why to vote one way or the other.

This is a lie.

The founding fathers of our country established a system wherein a group of people vote behind closed doors.

You answer to no one. If you think the law is unjust, simply vote "not guilty." No one can stop you.

Two pronged assault: The victim and the juror.
