The cornered rats are getting mean, as I predicted. Some 100 million in nasty negative ads are beginning from the rightwing GOP. CHeney has said 90% of their ads will be negative. And yet they are the ones with the sleaze, corruption and failures on their side. This time, I don't think the negative ads and smears will work. Time have changed a lot, even since 2004. I don't think the smearvets have a chance in hell this year. Nor will they in 2008. And the smearvets are back smearing democratic war vet candidates.
