It lets you see the cost trends and the anomalies, probably some don't have cost of OFE. (Owner furnished equipment)
Pay attention to the shipyards, Koreans will push them out on time, China, - well?, Singapore JU's yes, Floaters? Maybe?
Also now the yards in Abu Dhabi are building Floaters, and Pascagoula and AMFELS are doing the repairs, AMFELS has a good rep, but Pascagoula, and Galveston?
JU's - Big you probably saw the Scorpion action Friday to get Sinvest, very interesting I thought, but wholly expected, and least for Sinvest .
Land Rigs- You have commodity rigs and High performance rigs like H&P Flex rigs which cost more but perform better, actually drill and move faster. EM I hear has several on order/ contract for Pieance , CO tight gas development. H&P has lots of contracts but Operator is not listed publicly that I can see.
