"not seem likely in the next 5 years" very correct! generation of the cold war has to die out. They still have thoughts when they had to go under their bed since the "Russians are coming"!

But they are a very pragmatic lot, these Europeans! If they see an opportunity they take it. Russians, most likely, will exploit this angle.
