Bill Clinton (the Slut) was the President of the United States, leader of the Free World and probably the most important man in the world. He should have led by example, of course with what we see from the government maybe he did. As for Hilary deciding his punishment, I hope she becomes president if only so Bill can follow her meekly into meetings and do what he is told, like any good wife.
