"I can't believe the GOP is trying to make this into a big deal." Well, they desperately need a scandal that won't have ny blowback. Hunting for Dems with pages threatens to be one that will suck (pun not intended) in a lot of Republicans too. So why not just make something up? It works for them on so many issues... When I first heard about it, I thought it makes sense.....Nevada can be pretty corrupt.......and I've been waiting to hear of some of Dem scandal. After all, the GOP is so corrupt, you have to believe the Dems are doing something too. After reading Newsweek's description, I realized its much to do about nothing.....assuming their description is correct. But you're right, its accomplished what the GOP had hoped.......its made the waters around Reid look murky.
