Are you still blaming the wrong people for the incompetence of Blanco and Nagin? When you are so partisan that you fantasize about Democrats incompetence being blamed on President Bush, how do you expect anyone to respect your opinion?

Look, I can't help it if you don't understand how disaster relief works. Yeah, Nagin and Blanco did not do as well as they should have. No question. But the onus lies with the feds......they are expected to carry the burden while the locals get back no their feet. Its very logical.....the locals have their own homes and families potentially in danger.......they might not be able to respond. That's why FEMA was created. Its all very logical and correct.......a Dem thing....given the way Bush has governed, you all could never understand even in a million years.

"BTW most of my liberal friends who are pre and post 40 vote Dem., are well informed and are college educated. On the other hand, the GOPers who are educated tend to be poorly informed. "

I know some partisan leftwingers like you who are also college graduates. They are similarly uninformed about what actually occurs in the world as you are.

If they are from Texas, I can understand. I think most Texans have grown up on a different spin then what the rest of us experience.
