As you well-demonstrate, desperate Leninist LIES about economics didn't start with the assault on the Bush Boom. Every bit of wealth creation in history has been condemned by the Leninists, cheered on by the bond whores.

Neither one can prosper under the sunlight of economic success..

"If a President starts out with 22% interest rates and very tight monetary policy, then there's NO where to go from there but UP."

There have been too many countries that followed IMF advice that proved that is not true.

"Deficits DO MATTER to ME and a lot of other people that think that responsible people pay their debts and don't just let them pile up.

Today...my tax dollars are as likely to go for INTEREST PAYMENTS as NATIONAL DEFENSE. I find that obscene."

If you have been reading my posts, you must know that I am offended by the spendthrift ways of Washington. I am not happy that Republicans have gone native.

Are you familiar with Keynesian Economics? He said that government should deficit spend in bad times and repay the debt in bad times. Clinton squandered the surpluses that were meant to repay debt on stupid increases in social programs, that is obscene. Clinton never allowed a pay increase for the military during his term in office. Clinton shot of million dollar cruise missiles every time his personal indiscretions made the news like they were roman candles, but never allowed the military to replace any; both of those facts offend me, but the first one has a special relationship with the word you chose (obscene).
