Yes, the other show has dropped, using the clash as an excuse.

Though only mentioning tin, silver and gold, I doubt that any
serious investing will take place in zinc or any metal for quite
a while in Bolivia.

The changes are in the way underlying land tenure is expressed, in who is said to 'own' each hectare with its resources ... doesn't necessarily mean confiscation of operations, or of profits from them, although it may ... will they be stupid enough to kill the golden goose, this is the question, so far they're just saying they 'own' it

Not all that much different from other jurisdictions - we speak of 'freehold' and 'fee simple' and all that fine olde english yeomanry self-delusion of independence, but try this experiment in British Columbia - Don't pay your taxes for about a year and an half, and then tell us who 'owns' 'your land' -g-

[edit] - i do agree with jack's post [next after this one], that there is a perception of imminent confiscation possiblilities, and it's not going to go away easily, and that perception is the hard reality du jour ... just meant to make the point that in no country is the individual considered sovereign
