I highly recommend a George Forman "Lean, Mean Grillin' Machine."

The smaller ones are quite compact, and are ideal for a pork chop or chicken breast. Easy to clean, and they cook the meat fast and well.

I like that crock pot a lot.

Do you have a Foreman Grill? They don't spatter but are bulky and hard to clean. I like ours and do most of my grilling on it.
