My understanding (based on lurking over on Yahoo) is that MVIS owns approximately 2,000,000 shares of LMRA. Which of course is only as of some reporting date. Hope they didn't sell in the meantime.

What about MVIS: Are they still shareholders?

"In February 2006, we [Microvision] sold 2.6 million shares of our Lumera common stock for $10.3 million. We recorded a "Gain on sale of securities of equity subsidiary" of approximately $7.3 million. As a result of the reduction in ownership, we changed to the cost basis of accounting for our investment in Lumera in accordance with FAS 115. We have 322,000 shares of Lumera stock that are not pledged as security for our Notes that are included in Investment securities available-for-sale at June 30, 2006."
