I am hard of hearing but not to the point of needing hearing aids. When in a noisy environment I am both listening and lip reading. There is no way I would be able to understand someone mumbling from under a veil and I think it's probably dangerous for a medical person to be mumbling from under a veil. I hope they stick to their guns.
