So now you are on to another issue.

Why is it that the only ideas republicans seem to have about voting are along the lines of making it harder to vote?

Blackwell in Ohio made a rule that new voter registrations would have to be on real thick paper. Why would he do that?

The answer is obvious to me. The intent is to have less low income and young people who are more likely democrat voters vote. It is the same type of dishonesty as redistricting. Instead of just letting the districts be what they are politicians try to rig the system to create solidly one party districts.
