good points. from what i have read GOOG charges VERY high rates for many ads. it seems unlikely to me that they will be able to charge such high rates over a long period of time (like a decade). their rates could fall by 80% and they would still not be cheap. if rates fall 80%, they will need to quintuple their unit sales just to keep revenues flat, and margins would fall.
