I agree that most people in the population have not abused alcohol. I glad to see you have changed your opinion. Alcoholics like George W. Bush and Kim Jung-il are not social drinkers. There is an enormous difference. Alcoholics have a mental disorder which is on display whether they are sober or drunk. .
