"But both have the same mental disorder."

All people are not alike. Nor are all people who drink alike. Nor are all people who drink and then quit alike.

When I was in college over 87% of the dorm kids drank on weekends. Eighteen was the legal age. Keggers were the popular thing and the expectation was to drink to excess at these parties. Quite a few of the kids were like Bush who tried it out for a while then finished college and returned to a less indulgent lifestyle.

Or are you suggesting all the college kids of the 60-70s are little Kims?

"The alcoholic's behavior, whether sober or drunk, is self-centered, grandiose, dishonest, short-tempered and belligerent. They frequently lie, even about things which don't matter and even when telling the truth would be more beneficial."

You've repeated this so often that I can't help but comment on it. Sure sounds to me like you're describing Klinton. And, for that matter, Pelosi and Reid.
