Hussman is moving out of a 100% hedged position and getting longer as the market squeezes higher. That's the same as short covering. On top of that, he says he plans to buy more on dips.

As he moves from a neutral to a net long position, that is requiring him to buy this market after a massive run-up and into one of the most overbought conditions since 1999.

I closed my modest Hussman accounts today. He can buy into this speculative short squeeze with someone else's capital.

His returns this year are abysmal and not much better than a money market fund.
