The drinking culture of the past couple of decades on college campuses is very different than it was in the 60s and 70s. You didn't mention your fraternity experience decade, so I'm assuming it wasn't the 60-70 period or that it wasn't typical of that period.

Your position here has been that Bush qualifies as a one of the typical clinical cases of mental disorder. I don't see any reason to draw such a conclusion based on what we know of his history over the past thirty plus years
