So the differences are really in the practice of the religion and not in the fundamental belief. Yet this is sufficient for you to abhor those "Christians" who do not see eye-to-eye with you even though they regard Christ as the Saviour.

Not so. I do not abhor them in the sense that I think you take it. I do abhor what they stand for, yes. I simply state that they are in a strict sense not Christians. As I said many people draw nigh to God with their lips, but their heart is far from Him.

The Scriptures are clear. Even the demons believe and tremble. (c.f. James 2.19)

And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way. And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time? (Matthew 8.28-29)

The demons and the prince of the demons the devil are aware that Christ is the Saviour and Son of God.

Simply professing knowledge that Christ is Saviour is not enough, as the Scriptures testify.
