You were so excited by your partisanship that you did not look into the case, you simply read a headline and did not follw through on the case.

Huh? The article said that a plea bargain was agreed to......probation and a fine. I didn't know that the judge would overturn it a few months later.

However, you still mislead this thread......their jail sentences have been for some time now.
