I would even go farther than that, in that there are probably certain characteristics that could make one vulnerable. And then there are those who have the physical predisposition- My brother had a friend in high school who absolutely could NOT take a drink. Even with a small amount, he was badly out of control. But a limited, psychological profile applied to ALL seems pretty presumptuous- and the fact that it seemed motivated by a desire to label GWB makes it really suspect. And I am no Bush fan.
