Someone is going to have to reduce the population to whatever subsistence farming can support. Once they stop selling missiles and without Nukes to sell they have no way to make money. If we bomb them then there will be all kinds of sick starving people, we can't feed them and we can't let them starve. Do you see another option. I think we start by Arming the South Koreans and the Japanese with Nukes...... Real nukes, big nukes, but with short distance missiles. Then we offer to let China, Japan and South Korea negotiate the peace they want with the North Koreans. See if that makes things easier. Offer the UN as arbitrator. no need for the US to get involved.
