What the heck is a marijuana trimmer and how does someone get away with advertising the job and why isn't marijuana legal anyway?

We have 1% of our population, 1 out of every 100 people goodness gracious, in prison. Now THAT's a waste since much of it is for drug 'crimes' such as they are and much of the rest is too much testosterone and too few outlets for such.

Don't think we found any in my area, then. The homeless were living down in the big city, Ukiah, pop. 15 K. Plus it was still the rainy season up here, and they tended to hang out further south.

I didn't phrase my response very well. I didn't mean to ask your specific percentage, though that's how it came out. I'm asking for the US at large what percentage of homeless are counted/uncounted. A difficult question to answer.
